Spiced Gluten-Free Pancakes!


Nothing says "I love you" like bringing your partner breakfast in bed! With this recipe, you can feel good about having an indulgent breakfast that won't leave you feeling heavy. Filled with protein and fiber these nourishing pancakes will start your day off right and set you up for whatever comes your way. Top them with fresh fruit and our Super Berry Chia Spread and you will be in heaven! Pancake Ingredients:

1 cup brown rice flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 cup soy milk + 1 tbsp acv

1/4 cup water

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp flax meal

2 tbsp maple


Directions: Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl using a grid strainer, then whisk together. Mix wet ingredients separately then combine with dry. Cook on an oiled pan at medium temp until the whole pancake has bubbles, then flip and cook until golden brown.
