This time of year Pau D’arco always comes to my mind as an herb to rely on for detoxification of the liver. In this recipe we are adding ginger and mint to boost not only the flavor but the health benefits as well, as both of these are allies of the digestive system.
Pau D’arco, also known as stick wood, is truly an amazing and beautiful tree from the South American tropics with a gorgeous canopy of pink blossoms.
We love the benefits and flavor it adds to our drinks!
Drink our Pau D’arco digestive alkalizer this week and enjoy a higher state of health!
