Ginger Mango Bliss Balls

RECIPE (makes 15 balls @ 25g each):


80g dates

40g dried mango

100g almonds

100g pepitas

1 tsp Himalayan salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger powder

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut sugar

Zest of 1 orange


Blitz the nuts and seeds in a food processor until the pieces are very small. Combine them in a bowl with the dry ingredients and mix. Cut the dried mango into smaller pieces and blitz it with the dates, melted coconut oil and maple syrup in a food processor until it forms a paste. Add it to the dry mix, zest the orange into the bowl, and mix all ingredients with your hands until an even blend is achieved. Roll into balls and chill in the fridge or the freezer! *note - you can substitute walnuts, macadamias, brazil nuts, or really any nut of your choice if you don't have almonds or have an allergy. you can also substitute sunflower seeds in place of pumpkin seeds, and agave or honey in place of maple syrup.
