Coconut Matcha Chia Recipe


2 cups coconut cream

2 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp matcha powder

6 tbsp chia seeds


1. Mix first 4 ingredients into a bowl . Whisk in the chia seeds.

2. Let sit for about 1 hour. Refrigerate until ready to use.

3. Taste and adjust matcha to taste - I used close to 1½ tablespoons for a strong matcha flavor.

4. Serve topped with whipped coconut cream or red bean paste.
