Breakfast Tartines

Tartines (French for ‘toast’) are a quick and easy breakfast that can be customized any way you want – toast no longer has to be boring!
We’ve used gluten-free bread and our signature probiotic cashew cheese as a base, which is great for gut health, and came up with a few different ideas for toppings. Here are 5 of our favorite tartines (clockwise from the top):
1. Tomato & Basil Tartine
Grape tomatoes, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and flaky sea salt
2. Apple & Lavender Tartine
Green apple slices, dried culinary lavender, drizzled with agave syrup
3. Blueberries, Walnuts & Maple Syrup Toast
Blueberries, toasted walnuts, drizzled with maple syrup
4. Cucumber & Radish Tartine
Cucumber ribbons, sliced radishes, and lemon juice
5. Avocado Black Bean Tartine
Sliced avocado, black beans, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice
