Banana, Almond and Chia Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave

  • a pinch of salt

  1. Simply place all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth.

  2. Let sit in refrigerator overnight or at least 15 minutes.

TIP: Use frozen bananas for a cold treat!
