Banana, Almond and Chia Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
2 cups almond milk
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave
a pinch of salt
Simply place all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth.
Let sit in refrigerator overnight or at least 15 minutes.
TIP: Use frozen bananas for a cold treat!
