Reheating Instructions for Hot Meals
A: Oven/Toaster: Dish out food, put in oven-safe dish. Heat for 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
B (Best): Stovetop: Fill sauté pan with 2 to 3 Tbsp water. Bring to boil, lower heat. Dish out food into sauté pan. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Use this procedure with moist foods only. Another stovetop method is to dish out your food on a plate and place it in a large bamboo steamer. Place steamer over a pan filled with 2 inches of water. Cover and steam for 5 minutes or until heated through.
C: Microwave (Healthy): Fill Pyrex dish with 2 inches water. Heat on high for 2 minutes until water begins to boil. Put plastic container with entree (including lid) into Pyrex dish with heated water and cover with towel for 5 minutes inside the microwave. Food will be warmed but not hot.
D: Microwave (Conventional): Dish out food, put onto microwaveable plate. Cover plate with wet paper towel. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
