HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP 2: PLACE YOUR ORDER

 
Click on "ORDER HERE" at the top of the page, then add items to your cart!
All new clients within our local delivery zone are asked to purchase the "New Client Kit". New clients outside of that zone should purchase our "Overnight Shipping" option.
Place your order online before midnight Saturday, to receive your meals the following Monday.

We create your delicious meals using fresh ingredients.
You do none of the work!

 

 

STEP 4: DELIVERY

Your meals are professionally packaged along with serving instructions, and sent right to your door!
Meals are delivered each Monday.

 

 

STEP 5: DIG IN!

No cooking necessary. Just heat and enjoy!

FAQ's

Q: What is Foodflo?

A: Foodflo is Los Angeles’ premiere French chef driven, gourmet, vegan, gluten-free meal delivery service. All meals are made using Kangen alkaline water, and we use only the freshest ingredients and high quality vegan proteins. We don't try to fill you up with pasta and rice! We give you all the benefits of eating super healthy meals without shopping or cooking!

 

Q: When will I receive my meals? 

A: Depending on your location, your delivery date will vary.

  • Los Angeles County and Orange County: Deliveries are on Mondays between 9am-5pm. Requested delivery times can not be guaranteed.

  • Overnight Shipping:

Q: Do you deliver to….?

We serve the majority of Los Angeles County and Orange County. We also ship overnight deliveries to all of California, the metropolitan areas of Reno and Las Vegas in Nevada, and the metropolitan areas of Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff in Arizona. No P.O. Boxes or "Hold for Pick Up".

 

Q: Can I pick up my meals?

A: As of now, we do not have an option for pick up, only delivery.

 

Q: What do I do with my cooler bag and ice packs?

A: The cooler bags and ice packs will be exchanged with each week's delivery. The night before your next expected delivery, place your cooler bag and ice packs in the same location they were delivered. We must charge an additional $15 for each additional unpaid cooler bag we leave with you.

If you decide not to reorder, simply keep the bag. We do not provide refunds for cooler bags.

 

Q: What do I do with the plastic containers? Are they recyclable?

A: While we don’t take our containers back, they are recyclable.  We encourage you to re-use your containers or recycle them in your blue bin.

 

Q: What if I have allergies?

A: We try our best to accommodate any serious food allergies, with the exception of cooked onion and garlic. If there is an item on a given menu where there is a food allergy, we are happy to make substitutions, given advanced notice. Special orders must be received by the Friday prior to delivery. 

Please contact us with any questions/concerns/dietary restrictions BEFORE ordering to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.

  

Q: Will I have enough food? 

A: Each menu has a total of 15 items, consisting of the following:

1 Soup (2-3 servings)
2 Side Salads (2-3 servings in each 12 ounce container)

4 Entrees (4-8 servings)
4 Side Dishes (4 servings)

4 Raw Snack Bars (4 servings)

Foodflo's Weekly Vegan Meal Delivery Service is about 5 days worth of food (guaranteed fresh for 5 days). Many clients bring our entrées to work or will serve them up alongside other dinner items at home.

We also give you the option of purchasing extra entrees, soups, salads, and even breakfast items such as additional snack bars, chia seed pudding, or trail mix.

  

Q: Can I freeze my meals?

A: Absolutely! When you are ready to eat, simply remove the contents from the container and heat slowly in a pan on the stove top, or you may reheat in a microwave. Please refer to our Reheating Instructions for more info.

 

Q: How many calories are in each entrée?

A: Please refer to our Meal Nutrition Information page.

 

Q: Are all of your ingredients organic?

A: We source organic non-GMO ingredients whenever possible. While not all of our ingredients can be certified organic, be assured that everything is all-natural and 100% fresh.

 

Q: Is there a minimum order? What about free shipping?

A: Our minimum is $100, with a $10 local delivery fee, or $20 overnight shipping fee for orders under $134. This will be invoiced to you via PayPal.

 

Q: What if I need to cancel my order or put a hold on my subscription?

A: Please call or email us if you must cancel your order. A $35 fee will be charged for orders cancelled later than 12pm Saturday.
