Weekly Vegan Meal Delivery Service.

How it works: Meals are delivered once a week:

Flo updates the week’s menu by Thursday and an RSVP is requested by Friday for delivery next Tuesday.
Depending on your location in LA or Orange County, delivery is in the morning or afternoon right to your doorstep.
A cooler is left for you with all meals professionally packaged along with instructions on serving each dish.
You can provide a cooler or rent one from Flo.
Payment can be left in the cooler bag, given to the delivery-person or registered through Paypal.

With a menu that constantly changes with the seasons, and from week to week, clients are continually looking forward to what Chef Flo is cooking up next!

Each menu has a total of 15 items, consisting of the following:
1 Bag Salad (3-4 servings)
1 Soup or Alkalizer Beverage (2-3 servings)
1 Side Salad (2-3 servings)
4 Entrees (4-6 servings)
4 Side Dishes (4 servings)
4 Raw Snacks (4 servings)

Foodflo's Weekly Vegan Meal Delivery Service is about 5 days worth of food (guaranteed fresh for 5 days) and is priced at an affordable $95 a week.
If there is an item on a given menu where there is a food sensitivity or even a food dislike, we are happy to make substitutions accordingly. Be sure to note this in the "note" area of the payment screen.

Delivery or Shipping
Local delivery within Los Angeles County and Orange County is $20 and is made on Tuesday morning or afternoon, depending on location. Fedex overnight shipping to anywhere in the western and southwestern U.S. is $65. All Fedex shipped orders are made by Monday afternoon and will be received on Tuesday.
