Berry Peach Popsicles
Makes 6 popsicles
- 3 peaches, pitted, and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped peaches
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine the peach layer ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture and discard any solids left behind. Add mixture to the bottom of your popsicle mold. Drop the chopped peaches in each popsicle mold. Freeze for about 1 hour.
Repeat the same process with the cherry ingredients, adding halved cherries in the layer. Freeze for 1 hour.
Repeat the same process with the blueberry ingredients, this time inserting popsicle sticks into each popsicle before filling with blueberry mixture. Freeze overnight.
